mexican ice cream loving armadillo

I was at a pub with my girlfriend, there was my sketchbook on the table and we were having drinks and doodled away in the book. After a while she dared me to try to draw things that are difficult to visualize. One was "an armadillo wearing a sombrero hat eating ice cream"
When pageing through the sketchbook later, I really liked the little guy, so I redid the drawing in my "zazzle" style and it turned out well, so it became one of my favourites. A nice summer design that I could picture to be fun at a relaxed barbecue party, so I put it on the apron. Caramba.
